Regional French Cooking and Antique Seminar
Each 2 ½ day session includes:
- An orientation to the region (Provence or Normandy), together with a sampling of the wines and cheeses.
- Meals prepared with the traditional ingredients, accoutrements, and techniques. Lunches and dinners have a selection of appropriate French wines.
- A seminar on the antiques of Provence, Normandy and Brittany by noted speaker, Carol Guth, owner of the Red Geranium and White Swan Antiques followed by a visit to the shop the next day and a picnic.
- Cooking demonstrations of the techniques used in preparing the meals by Sue LaCabe, former co-owner of the Santa Barbara Cooking School.
Day 1 Lunch, demonstration, orientation, tasting, seminar on identifying and antiques and dinner.
Day 2 Typical light, French breakfast, cooking demonstration, visit to the Red Geranium, picnic, cooking demonstration, and a lavish dinner.
Day 3 Brunch, seminar in decorating for that "French Country" look, farewells.

A Dickens of a Christmas Weekend
Come the first weekend in December and join a Christmas celebration in "Merry Olde England" of the 1840's. (Feel free to come in costume.)
We'll start with a high tea at check-in on Friday, relax a bit and have a light supper. Then, we'll go a-caroling in a horse-drawn wagon and deck the halls. We'll toast the evening with a warm wassail.
Awaken Saturday to an English breakfast. You'll have some free time to explore or relax. Then we'll begin the festivities with crackers followed an extravaganza of classic English courses like plum pudding, roast beef, mince pies. (We'll skip the traditional turkey so close to Thanksgiving.) The evening will feature live entertainment before and during dinner with contra-dancing afterward. (A caller and instruction are included.)
Regular room rates apply. Package is $125.00 per person based on double occupancy. $50.00 single supplement.
The Notre Dame Football Weekend
Two nights lodging for two, gourmet tailgate picnic, fresh flowers, fruit and chocolate treats by the fire each night. Champagne provided to toast the victory or drown the sorrow!

Golf Extraordinaire
This package is offered with your choice of two courses:
Island Hills, www.islandhillsgolf.com, a championship golf course located about 10 minutes from Willow Glen Pond. This magnificent 18-hole golf course is a par 72. You save 15% off Greens Fees.
- 18 holes Thursday through Sunday and Holidays - $59 per person including cart
- 18 holes Monday through Thursday - $49 per person including cart
St Joe Valley Golf Course, www.rivercountry.com/stjoevalley, has short yardage and excellent playing conditions on a picturesque course.

When you make reservations by credit card, we will arrange tee times for you and confirm your discount. You pay your golf fees to the course at time of play. Lodging cancellation policies are in effect, and a charge of 50% no show fee will also be credited to your account if tee times are not canceled with notice.
Paddle Your Canoe
Regular room rates apply.
We drop you off at your point of beginning and leave your car at the end of your trip. If you are renting a canoe, we will direct you to one of two canoe liveries.
Enjoy the scenery and abundant wildlife as you paddle along the placid St. Joseph River. Trips range from 2 1/2 - 8 hours. You may also select from your choice of seven (7) river trips. Each is unique and you get to choose according to your expertise.
We'll pack a lunch for you for a memorable picnic ($10.00 per person) and recommend stops.
Pedal Paradise
Follow wonderful formal and scenic, or informal routes within minutes in both Michigan and Indiana. Meander down quiet country lanes past Amish farms, glimpse wildlife and birds along your path, or challenge yourself on strenuous routes over hill and dale. We'll pack a lunch for you for a memorable picnic or recommend cafes.
If you will be renting bikes, we'll work with our partner, The Chicago Road Cyclery, to insure that you have the best fit waiting for you. We can drop you off at your point of beginning and leave your car at the end of your trip.
Regular room rates apply.
Package is $50.00 per person per day with a bike rental including picnics.
Without the package, the picnic lunch is available for $15.00 per person.
Pedal Tour of the B&Bs of Southern Michigan
Cycle along scenic byways and explore a special area of Southern Michigan. End experience outstanding hospitality at a different inn each night.
This package is offered through the member inns of the Southern Michigan Bed and Breakfast Association. These innkeepers are famous for their hospitality, fun, food and they work hard to make your stay and tour seamless.
Each innkeeper will see that your gear and car are transferred to your next destination while you are free to enjoy the journey. Call and we'll design custom routes depending on length of stay, personal preferences... Be sure to mention whether you'll be renting any bicycles.
Pricing will be quoted based on length of stay, any equipment rental, weekend or weekday stay and meals.
Pioneer Wine Trail Weekend
We suggest an itinerary, you take the tasting tour. Take along a gourmet picnic basket and a bottle of Michigan wine. Your stay at Willow Glen Pond will be highlighted by seasonal Michigan specialties.
Reserve a restful, romantic dinner for two in our dining room or we can recommend fine dining out.
Regular room rates apply. Add $20.00 per person per night for the package and $30.00 per person for dinner at Willow Glen Pond.
